Mosquito and Tick Control

Certified Mosquito Control Technicians

No one likes the sight of mosquitoes wandering all over their place. They are the most common summer pests that breed in stagnant water. Female mosquitoes feed on our blood while male mosquitoes feed on plant nectars.

Mosquitoes are the cause of many human diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, yellow fever, West Nile virus, and EEE aka Eastern Equine Encephalitis, a disease that has recently become a big concern in Michigan and Massachusetts as there is no cure and a very high mortality rate and long term neurological damage should it be contracted.

There are about 170 different kinds of mosquito species in North America alone, and your home needs to be free of these harmful pests.

Ticks are small arachnids. Ticks require blood meals to complete their complex life cycles. Usually, the female adult (hard tick) is the one causing the most bites as males usually die after mating. Ticks do not jump, fly, or drop. They simply reach out with their legs and grab or crawl onto a host and get a blood meal from several different kinds of animals, including humans.
